Gabriela launched the first Romanian CX consultancy company in with the intention to support companies to define and implement customer centric strategies and align processes and organizational culture. She is passionate with the Customer Centric Culture and she was actively involved in the international activity starting with 2019 in conferences and as judge of the CX Awards.

Previously she worked in senior management roles in the Central European Organization of Unilever. Gregorio Uglioni is a specialist in Business Transformation, Innovation and Customer Experience. Thanks to his strong leadership skills, Gregorio has successfully led several transformation programs achieving great results, creating a positive customer impact while relentlessly nurturing a positive innovation culture.

His podcast "The CX Goalkeeper" and his cross-industry engagement (e.g., as a Judge in several international events and as a co-author of the book "Customer Experience 3") demonstrate his passion for the development of the customer experience science as well as the servicing excellence discipline.

He is a CCXP and the world’s first certified ACXSPlus. Gregorio holds two masters from the University of Zurich. He started his career at Accenture and is now the Head of Business Transformation at the Cantonal Hospital of Winterthur.
