She has over 10 years’ professional experience in consumer needs and pain points in the service industry and has been involved in strategizing and consulting on integrated Customer Journey and Voice of the Customer programmes. A strong advocate of customer-centric organizational culture, retention programs and using the right CX metrics, she also facilitates courses and workshops for marketing professionals, which she always ends with: “Empathize with at least one customer a day!”
