Adriana has been in the Customer Experience industry since 2011, as she pioneered the CXM discipline in Italy as Head of CX for an online bank. After covering different corporate Marketing and CX roles, she helped companies in different industries to continually achieve greater customer satisfaction, increased efficiency and profitability through effective CX projects and VoC programs in different industries. CCXP and Global CEM Certified, she led the Mkt Research & CX practice in UNGUESS, supporting primary brands to use qualitative feedback from the crowd to design and develop their customer experience.
