Helia Burgunder has a successful C-Level executive track record with leading corporations in the ICT and consumer goods sectors, in Switzerland and Europe, having spearheaded various global and cross-functional operations in the B2B and B2C markets. Currently appointed as SVP Omnichannel Europe at Vorwerk International, she previously held several top executive positions in the ICT domain, lately as Chief Customer Officer at UPC Schweiz GmbH. Prior to that she served at Swisscom AG as SVP Sales & Retail Channels and SVP Digital & Customer Service. Formerly, she was CEO Portugal and SVP Customer Service Europe at Hoist Group. Awarded with the Digital Female Leader Award 2020 from Global Digital Women, she sits on several Boards of Directors. Helia Burgunder holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
